Welcome to Storypot! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, app, and services (“Service”). By accessing or using Storypot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. What We Do

Storypot allows users to create AI-generated stories using custom prompts or emoji-based inputs. The stories are for entertainment and educational use only. The prompts are designed to output age-appropriate, emotionally positive content.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription anytime. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing cycle. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Using it to create harmful, hateful, or adult content

• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or abuse the AI

• Allowing minors to access without adult consent or supervision

4. Content Ownership

Storypot may use AI models to generate text and audio. You retain rights to download and share your stories, but we retain the right to use anonymized or aggregated story data for product improvement.

5. Children’s Use

Storypot is intended for children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Adults must create and manage any subscriptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to make Storypot delightful and safe, but we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or appropriateness of generated content. Use at your own discretion.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use implies acceptance.
